Sequence of work

1. Separation of connections
2. Controlled extraction of the coil assembly
3. Dimensional survey and material verification
4. Fabrication of a new coil or damaged section
5. Placement inside the boiler
6. Connection of inlet and outlet lines
7. Welding and dimensional checks
8. Leak and pressure testing
9. Insulation and commissioning support

Where the work is done

• On board, in the machinery space or on deck
• In the yard, while the vessel is docked or alongside
• In the workshop in Tuzla, when the equipment is removed and brought in
• Across Türkiye and, where required, in foreign ports
